We don't want to guess which features matter. Choose the workflows you need most, describe your biggest headache, and optionally leave your email to hear when STACKLTR is ready for testers.
We're approaching STACKLTR thoughtfully: understand the needs of IT service teams, design around real work, build a dependable foundation, and refine the product through hands-on feedback. The steps below describe our intended approach—not a fixed schedule or a promise that every feature will be in the first release.
We start by learning how independent technicians, MSPs, and repair shops actually operate. Conversations, feature requests, and workflow research help us pinpoint daily frustrations and decide what belongs in the first usable version.
Outcome: a focused, customer-informed product planNext, we translate those needs into customer journeys, screen layouts, and interactive prototypes. We'll review how users move between clients, tickets, and service work before committing to the full implementation.
Outcome: a tested, intuitive product experienceWe then put the underlying platform in place: secure sign-in, organization workspaces, team permissions, customer records, data separation, and dependable development and testing practices.
Outcome: a secure, scalable starting pointWith the foundation ready, we bring the essential work together: receiving service requests, organizing tickets, assigning work, tracking progress, recording technician notes, and maintaining customer history.
Outcome: a connected service workflow from request to resolutionBefore expanding access, we work through realistic scenarios with a small group of testers. Their feedback guides improvements to usability, reliability, accessibility, mobile layouts, and security.
Outcome: a more reliable, practical experienceWhen the core experience meets our quality standards, we'll invite selected IT professionals to try it, tell us what works, and help determine what should be built next. Access expands based on readiness—not a calendar.
Outcome: an informed path toward wider availabilityBuilding what matters first. Our initial focus is connecting customer records, service requests, tickets, and day-to-day service work. Capabilities such as billing, inventory, deeper MSP integrations, automation, and AI will be evaluated as we learn what provides the most value.
